Pressed & Paired: An Olive Oil & Wine Dinner with Chef Mario Rizzotti

Pressed & Paired is a one-night collaborative dinner celebrating olive oil as both ingredient and inspiration. In partnership with Chef Mario Rizzotti, our culinary team presents a multi-course Italian menu designed to highlight how olive oil transforms flavor, texture, and balance—far beyond the finishing drizzle.

From aperitivo to dolce, each course showcases a distinct olive oil application, thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement both the dish and the oil’s character. Guests will enjoy housemade focaccia with stracciatella, seasonal soups and pastas, grilled branzino, palate-cleansing sorbets, and an olive oil–forward dessert that brings the experience full circle.

This intimate evening is equal parts education and indulgence—an exploration of how pressing, pairing, and purpose elevate the table.
